• How heavy are the printers?
  12 to 18 lbs depends on the model.
• What is the maintenance required for each printer?
  Our printers require little maintenance to operate. Similar to a standard ink jet, try to keep dust and particles away from the printer and cover it when not being used.
• Are images color fast?
  Yes, images are waterproof and will last indefinite.
• Can I use third party ink with my Petal Printer?
  No, our ink and pre treatment are patented for our printers. Replacement ink and pre treatment are affordable similar cost of store bought color ink cartridges. Also the use of non petal printer inks will void the warranty.
• How fast will the printer print 12 golf balls?
  About 3 minutes.
• What is the warranty?
  1 year free parts. Also we offer an extended warranty for purchases of 3 or more printers and you may purchase an extended warranty, however our printers are easy to use and will last years if maintained properly.
• May I sell these printers to other businesses?
  Yes we have resellers in many countries and we welcome your participation working with us.
